2 Miles to test out my foot

I injured myself last weekend and this was my first run since. I wanted to test out my foot to see if it was healed enough to run the 10K on Sunday. Despite a little twinge I felt good. Maybe I'm deluding myself and the twinge was a warning sign. But how do you tell which is pain that can be run through and what's a warning?!? I guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow and on race day and decide.
