4 Quick Miles on the W&OD Trail

I ran after work today at approx. 3:30.  Today's run was supposed to be a 'slow run' (not my goal pace) but I was feeling really good and energized.  I made a point of focusing on starting slower than I felt I could run and then letting myself get faster with each mile. 

I had a Potbelly turkey and swiss cheese sandwich for lunch, oatmeal for breakfast and an apple and an orange for afternoon snacks.  That fueled my run nicely. :)
