3 Slow Miles on the W&OD Trail

Today I ran three slow miles on the W&OD trail.  I have to admit that my legs were tired after yesterday's 6 mile run.  Actually... my whole body was tired.  I think I need more sleep and more fuel in my belly.  I only had oatmeal this morning and then soup and some bread for lunch.  After work I had a ClifBar about an hour before the run.  Usually that is enough to fuel my run, but today it seemed lacking.

Still, I enjoyed the run and three miles goes by like nothing now. 

Tomorrow is a day of rest and then 6 miles on Saturday and 12 miles on Sunday.
