3.6 Miles on the Treadmill at the Gym

Today begins week four of my training routine.  The schedule called for an easy 3 mile run.  I went to the gym because it was raining outside.  I set the treadmill for 33 minutes, 6.5 mph (9.13 pace) and 1.0 incline.  I ran that pace pretty easily.  For the last 3 minutes I bumped up the pace to 7.5 mph just for fun.  That brought me to 3.6 miles.  More than I was supposed to run, but it really felt good.

Post run I'm enjoying a banana with peanut butter for some carb and protein replenishment. :)
