5 Miles on the Treadmill

Today I ran 5 miles in 43 minutes.  I started at 6.5 mph and 0.5 incline. Every 5 minutes I added 0.1 mph.  until I was running 7.2 mph for minutes 35-40.  For the last 3 minutes I bumped up to 7.5 mph just for fun. I really felt strong today.  Same as yesterday, I ate a ClifBar as soon as I left work and that fueled my running.  I will continue with this practice.

Tomorrow I have another appointment with the foot doctor for my wart.  The wart seems (to my untrained eye) to be all gone and nothing but good flesh remains.  But what do I know.  I really hope that's the case and the doctor doesn't do anything to hinder my running tomorrow (3 miles again).
