I mixed up the speed between 6.5 and 7.0 mph and did part on a 1.0 incline and part flat (0.0). I felt pretty good except by mile 5 I got a 'stitch' and slowed myself down for a while until it went away. I think I wasn't hydrated properly.
I ran for 54 minutes which averages out to 9 minute miles. That's probably too fast for what was supposed to be a 'slow run'.
