8 Miles on the W&OD

Today I focused on two things... running negative splits and running fast.  I accomplished both in a good run this morning at 6:00am.

I had plenty of fuel in my belly having attended training at Palantir yesterday.  They have the best stocked kitchen and pantry of any company I've ever visited.  If I worked there I'd put on 20 lbs. easily.
